Cancellation Policy

Please note that a 24hr notice of cancellation or change of appointment is required or 50% of your treatment may be charged.

Late arrivals will result in a shorter treatment or rebooking will be required.

No-shows will result in full payment of your treatment prior to being booked back in.

Covid-19 Policy

We have made all the necessary adjustments within the beauty room to ensure the safety of all clients is a priority.

I have completed the Coronavirus (COVID-19) Infection Prevention and Control course which is accredited by the Guild of Professional Beauty Therapists Ltd, the UK trade body for our industry. I will continue to wear a face covering and complete regular tests to ensure I do not put any clients at risk.

If you display any symptoms or feel unwell, please reschedule your appointment to avoid any risk of spreading.
